Where was this book when I was a teen? Kyoske J.H. Trumble's debut novel is an excellent read. The pacing was sublime, and I found it impossible to put it down. I literally read it within 24 hours of purchasing it.In LGBT fiction, especially YA LGBT fiction, I appreciate any story that seeks to go beyond the incredibly difficult task of coming out or surviving a hate crime.
