The book begins in Iraq at the forward edge of the soon-to-be battlefield, and journeys all the way back to my first day of basic training. Mongoose Theatre is a collection of events that took place over an eight-year span during my military career. The life of a soldier is a difficult one, but only when you are in the mind of a soldier do you really feel the true impact of a soldier’s life, thoughts, pleasures and pains.. It includes monumental moments of success, failure and “you had to be there” times of fun and disbelief
