"Good Humored and Deep" according to Amazon Customer. This book had me laughing from the very bottom of my gut. Jarlaxle's sharp wit and persistent, stubbornly good humored nature is brought fully into perspective and had me often gasping for air from shear mirth. A very deep look into the heart and souls of both Jarlaxle and Artemis Entreri as individuals and traveling companions. Jarlaxle stubbornly tries to pry Artemis from his shell of cold stubborn isolation.. Amazon Customer said Intriguing. Action persists while the imagination flows with every word. Truely awesome and jarlaxale's character rivals dritz duorden. Excited for the next in series.. Entreri and Jarlaxle at it Again R. A. Salvatore just has a gift for creating memorable characters, whether they are protagonists or antagonists. In fact, when I sit and think about it I can name nearly every character he's ever created. But the obvious one is Drizzt, and perhaps second to him is Drizzt's mortal enemy Entreri. Any fan of Salvatore knows this name, and no doubt hates (in a good way, to be sure) this character as much as they love Drizzt.Promise of the Witch King is the sequel to Servant of the Shard, the first book that contains Entreri but no Driz
