LA Anderson said From Basic to Baghdad: A Soldier Writes Home. I found JB's book a wonderful read. I read my copy while visiting my daughter at Ft. Carson. I had to leave it so that she could read it. I then had to purchase two more copies one for myself and one for my son (who is mentioned in the book). If you really want to know what happened during the war, read this book. You really get to know what it is like to be a soldier. A must read.. From Basic to Baghdad R.
