"This is like 10 books in one. A real winner!" according to Jim Richmond. I could say a lot of great things about this wonderful book, but I'll try to keep it simple. It is amazing how much ground the book covers. As I said in the title, it is like getting 10 books in one. There are very few books that I'd give a 5-star review, but this one deserves it. I kind of got bogged down with some of the formulas and stopped reading any more. However, it is still a good book as a preliminary study into ancient and modern Taoist methods.
