Fred is an active member of the NH bar and the TN bar. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar at age 91 upon recomendations of NH judges that he was still practicing in front of weekly. Fred has remained fearless, determined and undetered by his critics thoughout his life. He currently lives in Gatlinburg, TN . He had a burning desire to become a lawyer. Scholarshipped to many colleges he chose the University of Alabama and went there without a scholarship. He was in a plane crash that left him on the critical list for 12 days and in an arm and body cast for 9 months. He played freshman football and was elected freshman class president.
