One side shows the buildings with the roofs on, the other side is a cutaway with roofs off showing the interior. This tavern is really a mini complex with a stable and blacksmith buildings as well. Why only four stars? There is no outhouse or bathroom anywhere despite having bed space for a couple dozen people not to mention the huge bar area. If anyone from Paizo reads these reviews, please remember the potty area, it's a great place to ambush someone, especially if the usually wear armor!
