While I share many of his ideas, there is nothing new here. It is like this: "How did God lead all the animals to the ark? This is not explained."
Yet this god - as well as angels, devils ghosts, fictitious characters and the fictitious places, heaven and hell - was no more than mere superstitious fantasy.. Through this god the prophets and subsequent leaders instigated irrational intolerance, loathing and hate of those who did not acquiesce to their dictates. They inculcated in their followers the idea that they could torture, maim and murder in the name of their god for militaristic and ultimately financial gain.
