Four Stars I really like the clear alignment with CCSS. Great Resource Natalie Cranford I love this book. I think it really gets to the heart of purposeful writing. I am currently teaching from the Anchor 1 section in my classroom. I find it very beneficial to have the standards arranged vertically at the beginning of each standard. It reminds me of where I am going and I also communicate those future standards with my students.So what kept me from giving this book 5 stars?1. It is incredibly overpriced. As an educator, I cannot imagine producing such an incredible resource for my fellow educators and then making it essentially unattainable for so many. Yes, I know the publisher sets the price.2. It . "Great resource" according to John Upcraft. I have found this book very helpful for my third grade classroom. The material is easy to read and able to be applied immediately. I am thankful to have this book as it has saved me many hours of work. I would highly recommend is book.
